Every single time I come here they NEVER have the Black pepper Angus steak made. Have to wait 10 plus minutes. They act like it is a big inconvenience to make it. Funny I order it, wait then they make it and I watch people immediately order it. So I know it is not an unpopular item. Same with egg rolls. Tons of veggie rolls. Always forget sauces and utensils. Then everytime I’m there nasty filthy homeless people camped out in lobby. I won’t even get into the complete lack of parking

5:35 p.m. 5 of the menu item pans were empty & the Beijing Beef was just scraps in the pan. I wanted Greens & 2 entrees. It would be 8 minutes until the Greens were ready—I asked if I could order and get my 2 entrees when the Greens were ready. No! I could get my 2 entrees and then 8 minutes later get the Greens when my entrees would be cold. Or I could eat my entrees and then eat the Greens by themselves. The server was as either just rude or learning impaired—or both.

I was just at this location today around 5:30 p.m. . It was a treat to walk in and there was nobody in line. That was a first for me. I ordered a two item entree to go with half noodles and half vegetables. The noodles were so dry it nearly choked me. The orange chicken was pretty good but it was soaked in too much of the sauce. I also ordered spring rolls which are two in an order. After two bites I could not even eat them as they were so mushy and soggy I couldn’t even bear to eat them. Just awful. I don’t know what’s happening to this Panda location but I won’t be back! A very disappointing meal.

I will never go back to the Panda on Power and McKellips again. Cost me $ 35 for food we could not eat. Meat was over cooked and dry. Rice was dry and hard. Watched as they put new food in with old. Against health food policy. Staff was very pushy. I like Panda but will never go back there. Friend said the food was really bad.

Really enjoy coming here. It’s always super clean and tidy. I’m always impressed with the cleanliness and how organized their kitchen looks. The staff are friendly and fast. The food is always good and they give a decent amount. I always end up with leftovers which is great for lunch the next day.

Got a panda bowl with broccoli beef and it was all broccoli lol no beef. When I asked if I could get a small scoop of chicken with it the lady told me no, even though she gave the person in front of me two entrees in her bowl? Make it make sense

Service was great, the serving was what was concerning, was passing by could not good back and ask. Got grilled teriyaki and walnut shrimp that was the problem you pay extra for the shrimp and i only got 5 shrimps not sure if it was how they served or that is the new serving size.

The food was good, one worked started to help us but then walked to the back bot to be seen again. We had to wait for another worker to come finish our order. The cashier was very quite we could not hear what she was saying. I asked for light noodles and they over filled it. The parking lot is small and some of the spots are reserved for a restaurant in the same strip.
