This location used to be one of my go to Panda stores. But after last night take out, I will never return to this location again. Food quality was really bad. Inedible fried rice, wet and smells bad, trashed. Beijing beef supposed to be fresh, they were very low, and I waited. It turned out under-cooked and hardly any sauce. Service was well below par for Panda’s standard. Worst experience ever.

The entire staff of our batteries plus store goes to panda almost every day, the food quality is great, the staff are very fast, polite, and accommodating. we could go to Ritas or that Thai spot nearby but there is no beating the price quantity and quality here. I will go out of my way to choose this location over others not only because the quality of food is great here but because the staff do their job very well and I know I’ll never get a wrong order here. shout out to miyuki as well shes always working hard and moving the line!

Quality control is needed at this location. So often, at several locations, the bean and chicken bowl is empty. They got a 4 star because they did make a batch for us in 5 minute’s but it was lacking flavor and onion, but it was good customer service they cooked up a batch for us. It was a to go order when I got home I noticed they forgot my fortune cookies which isn’t a big deal but come on management you need to pay attention to detail. Customer service, cleanliness , food quality and quanity. Issues like this can make or break a business
