Ate here a few times while visiting for a long trip. Food was good each time and service was mostly great. Website says they open at 10am, door says 9:30am. I walked in at 10:02am and someone cleaning near the door yelled they aren’t open yet. I asked when they would be open. Person cleaning asked someone else and they randomly said “10 more minutes”. So… they open at 10:14am apparently. Normally, not a problem. On a time crunch to get food back to someone after a surgery. Frustrating!

It’s a lot like every panda you’ve ever been to, except the drive through takes forever. This is made worse by the fact that Chik Fil A shares the parking lot, so you can see them serve literally dozens of people in the time it takes you to pull forward one car length.

Don’t get the sizzling shrimp. They charge you extra for it and you only get 3 pieces of shrimp and the rest is vegetables that are halfway cooked. They also didn’t give me the teriyaki sauce I asked for. If you’re not going to give me the sauce then just call it grilled chicken. Not worth the $25 dollars I spent for 2 meals and no drink. Pathetic.

Came to this location an hour before they closed. The person taking my order in the drive through was in rush to finish my order as if there was a line across the parking lot with just 1 car in front me. Once I got home to look over my food I noticed my beef and broccoli was just straight broccoli with tiny bits of beef AND the broccoli was raw and hard as a rock. Pretty disappointed. My significant other also had a similar order but with chicken teriyaki but with no teriyaki. She had our food ready as soon I pulled up but did the cooks even look through what they put or the person in the drive through? Looks like they didn’t.

I’m really disappointed. I ordered a family party tray the day before my event, paid for it. Pick up time 5:30pm as agreed. I arrived at 5:30pm to pick it up, but they completely forgot my order. The manager blamed the manager the night before for not telling them about the order. No accountability, I thought. Anyway, they did my order quick. I hope the foods are cooked well. Manager said sorry, that was it. The apology felt forced. I had to rush, and I was late for my event. I’m really not happy with what happened. They better improve their communication. Too bad it’s the closest Panda Express to my house, and the manager when I ordered the family tray was nice. When I opened the food, the Beijing Beef was only half full, and mostly onions!!! What a disappointment.

Horrible panda location, I went on 8.1.2023 drive through and ordered chow mein with Kung pao and black pepper chicken. All of my kung pao and black pepper chicken was vegetables no meat at all. Horrible food for pay long 25$ for 2 plates. Wish I could get my money back.
