Everytime I come to this panda I ask for sweet and sour and soy sauce and they always forget to put it in the bag. I have to come back all the time for my sause and not even that. Saturday morning I came to get food at 930 which it says you open at on Saturday at 930 am. I didn’t have a problem so I went to do something else and came back at 10 and there was some stuff still not ready. You guys have an extra 30 min to get everything ready and made. They said it will be an extra 20 min for white rice. You guys literally just put it in a pot and it cooks itself. You could have done that at 930 and it would have been done or close to done. You guys are a fast food restaurant your supposed to be fast paced and have everything made and done properly, but that’s too hard for this morning crew

My boyfriend has picked food up for us 3 times now since the closure of our favorite Chinese place. Three times now I’ve tossed mine in the trash. Let me outline the problems; the fried rice is bland and flavorless, the deep fried shrimp still has the shells on (who does that!), the beef dish had a slimy coating to it and the veggies were frozen at some point as evidenced by how hard they were. Oddly though the onion had an overwhelmingly strong flavor. Too strong. Uhmm, going forward I’ll pass when we’re gonna eat here. Management should take a good, long, hard, look at the operations of this place and make some changes. Sorry.

Besides not having the shrimp orange chicken and teriyaki chicken fresh and ready it was the same or panda express to get on any corner. Service was quick to get people through the line and out the door. I can’t really blame them for not having all the entrees ready because it was 845 pm and I couldn’t have imagined it woulda been so busy.

Set in drive thru for about 20 minutes. Two cars in front with two cars behind me. Waited and waited for the two in front of me to make their order. The first one drove off, then waited and waited for the second one. It’s my turn now, I waited over five minutes. Then left. The other two there. Called then went back by an the same care were there. Really!

Staff is very nice and helpful 9/10 times, it’s usually the drive through staff I have issues with being rude. Even with the rush with college kids service is always pretty quick. Food is pretty good here, noodles can be dry sometimes and when I asked for some sauce to throw on them they said they dont use sauce for the chow mein maybe that’s why they’re dry? Portions are always small at any panda express, definitely not like other Chinese fast food spots. But either way if I want a quick bite of some generic Americanized Chinese food panda express is always my go too.

I told Talitha before she handed me my order that i ordered white rice and not fried rice. She gave me the fried rice anyway along with a side of white rice. Then told me she couldn’t take the fried rice back. Rude. I asked for a manager and she told me there was not one on location. Since when does a Panda Express open without supervision? Maybe she was in charge? Talitha obviously needs more training in customer service. After eating at this restaurant for 10 yrs i will not return.

Food is really bad… chicken teriyaki was grey, fried rice had no flavor. Noodles no flavor, everything else weird flavor. Reading other reviews that 3.7 rating can’t be correct. I see more 1 star ratings than 4 or 5. That average must be wrong you’re not supposed to add up the 1 stars… just saying! Don’t waste you hard earned money. Way too expensive to trash more than half the meals.
