I ordered through Door dash. It was a bow and I can’t believe how much of the entree they served. Less than a spoon! (I have to put it on the lid because I couldn’t believe it) I ordered white rice only they served me fried too. the worse panda I have ever gone, dont ever order online because they will serve you like this.

It’s pretty sad you can’t read an uber eats order that’s printed on a sticker and get it right. It’s even sadder that you don’t care enough to only put 6 pieces of orange chicken in a “plate”. Never going to this panda again, good luck with customer service. If I could give them 0 stars to de-rate them I would.

As always, Panda Express has good flavor food and there is plenty of restaurants around the Valley when looking for one. This Panda Express in particular has had issues with thier soda fountain machine running out of flavor drinks and sometimes certain food items are no longer available. Seems they’re short on personal or food starts to run out.

Marian was semi courteous .. but I had to ask three times for a side of chow mien… purchased the family meal.. one of the items was the shrimp… and it appears as though she was counting the shrimp being put in our container… nothing was full.. like you would get at an authentic restaurant.. not sure if the temperatures where correct because I live very close.. but when I got home my food was not hot or warm…

For “fast food” I shouldn’t be waiting for 20 minutes to get my order when it was preordered to then receive the order half wrong and nothing was cooked all the way. Constant issues with this location and management obviously can’t train their employees

This restaurant is clean, has an amazing selection of fresh entrees and the most amazing customer service!! The 2 ladies I got today were super friendly and patient, smiled real smiles the whole time and definitely landed this as our new spot for family food grabs. I would for sure take anyone to dine in too, atmosphere has good vibes. Thank you guys!!

Made an order online to avoid waiting because I was on my way to an appointment. Still waited and they didnt include the teriyaki chicken. I called within 10 minutes of picking up my order and they didn’t care. They wanted me to come back that moment and it was not possible. They did not make it right. Waste of time and money. They need to organize themselves to avoid making so many mistakes.

My husband and I arrived at 9:54am on our lunch break. We waited til 10:03am to attempt to open the door. I looked inside the girls in front went to go into the office until I left. Then I waited in the car until 10:10am and they were still closed and the girls in the front looked at us and continued their conversation with out opening the door! We ended up leaving.

Just went into this panda the employees are super rude with a don’t gaf attitude especially the greeter and the first person on the line she was the manager her name is STEPHANIE she was so rude to everyone once we went up to choose our meals she kept rolling her eyes and kept whispering to one of the crew members closest to her… I ordered my food and one of the entries was brócoli beef and there wasn’t any which I honestly had no problem because I was told it was a little wait then STEPHANIE said oh I have to make the broccoli beef and she was touching everything and then went to go make the food with her nasty bare hands which in my most honest opinion disgusted me and my partner she put a couple of ingredients into the wok and left it there and went to go get a plate of food and sat down in the lobby to eat while the rest of the employees struggled to help customers… and then I ordered cream cheese Rangoons they didn’t have any so they told me it would be a 4 minute wait… the cashier told the cooks in the back to make them and the cooks got mad as well we were told to pay and they would give us our food. They made the rangoons in less than the time we were told but instead of giving it to us they gave the rangoons to other customers…. Anyways don’t go here unless you wanted to get treated poorly
