We asked them to go light on the cabbage, they put two huge cabbage rinds into the food. When calling to complain the person answering the phone laughed like it was a good joke to purposely screw with the customers food. Would definitely not recommend eating anywhere where the employees think that messing with your food is funny.

The crew tonight, 5/27/23 was very rediculously unprofessional. A whole 10 mins standing at the counter before being acknowledged by any of the 7 people working. Then finally the one who was standing in the back playing with pens came and served our food without washing hands and was very rude like we interrupted something important by ordering food.

More than 3/4th of the time, they get simple order wrong and rarely have string bean chicken ready… don’t wait for them to finish cooking, they will forget about you and never bring the food out. Never been to such a horrible location.

Portions were smaller than normal. Teriyaki chicken was cold, server failed to put teriyaki sauce in the carry out bag. Black pepper chicken was tasty, despite the temperature.

Ordered the family meal combination for $40 and Beef and Broccoli was the 1 of the main entrée I ordered. Got all Broccoli with literally 4 bites of beef (picture attached). I went to the store and explained to the manager the situation, he remade it. I reiterated how I spent $15 with Postmates to avoid having to drive all the way here and asked for something like a coupon for future orders or even a dessert (so that I don’t feel like I wasted the $15 delivery fee). He flat out said “No, we don’t do that. Your problem is with Postmates not us!”

The portions aren’t what they used to be and they still charge the same price yet give you less now. And the chicken was burnt and super greasy. Not sure why I keep coming here if the food is gross and they serve you plates that looks like they were half eaten with such small portions. Better off going to Wok Wei or Yan’s. Not Panda Express, they overcook their food and scam you on portions. They also cross-contaminate. I’ve found meat/products in my orders that weren’t supposed to be. If you order chicken, you might get some shrimp/steak and that’s worrisome because people have allergies. If they cross contaminate and their food is greasy & burnt… I can only imagine how that kitchen looks. Gross… not going back!!

Restaurant is fairly new and clean. The staff is friendly but poorly trained. My wife regularly gets the string bean chicken. It had almost no flavor, probably because there was no sauce or seasonings. It was also undercooked. I got the super greens which looked fresh. Unfortunately, it was undercooked to the point of being raw. It was also cold, leaving me to think it had not been cooked. It so had a long black hair. I am bald and my wife is blonde. I also got shrimp and beef, which was good. We love Panda Express when the food is cooked correctly. They really need to get consistent with their quality.

Updated post. Quality has been going downhill lately, and last night was the worst. Broccoli beef was always messed up, so we just stopped ordering it altogether. Last night I started ordering two plates with chow mein. They asked if it was double orange chicken and I said no. Had to state this three times, two plates with chow mein. Pulled up and got my food shortly after. I should’ve checked immediately after, because apparently they forgot during the three times I said chow mein and put one of my entrees on rice. I know this because they just scraped it from the other plate to mine. So instead of honey walnut shrimp, I got honey rice shrimp. Basically half of the entree. I mean, come on. Is being fast so much more important than keeping your customers happy? Would it kill you to just start over with a fresh plate? This place is terrible.
