I have so many issues with this establishment. The service is AWFUL!! I’m tired of it so I won’t go there anymore. I will have to drive all the way to the mall area from the foothills just to get to the other Panda Express. I can’t believe how incompetent the workers at the Foothills Panda are!! Orders are wrong, take way too long to get the order together, over charging and more!! So after shopping at Walmart don’t go to that Panda Express….go to Wendy’s or Del Taco. You’ll get better service at those places for sure!!

I have never been treated this bad at a restaurant drive though. The manager and cashier were super rude! They literally left me talking and shut the window on me! Wow! I guess I’m never coming back to this Panda. A coworker asked me to grab him a bowl and they told me they couldn’t split the order… Jesus Christ good God almighty!

Ordered Broccoli and beef with fried rice. I got 1 tablespoon worth of beef, and yesterdays rice. I rounded up from $9.05 to $10.00, paid cash, and when I got home there was no receipt. Called the store and the manager found the receipt. At $4.50 per gal of gas, why would I drive back.

Ordered a 2 entree plate, half and half, orange and kung pao, cream cheese rangoons and a drink.. They forgot my rangoons and the portions on the half and half couldn’t feed a small child. Fried rice was suspically pale and void of any peas or carrots. No, it wasn’t white rice. That inflation hitting hard I guess.

Service is always great. Quality is decent. My only complaint is that the vegetables side are not bite sized pieces. They are always enormous. Instead of broccoli florets, you always get entire heads of broccoli!
