This place is gross. The food was old and very salty. I ordered the green beans and chicken with rice and the Veggie rolls. It was supposed to be a bowl but they were out of container. I couldn’t eat it. Threw it away. I went at 1130am. Clearly I was given the day before food. Will not return.

Went here a couple of times and bought the family pack, got home and realized each large container was 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches from top. The next visit I watched them and asked why they weren’t filling it to the top and was told that they are told to only put a certain amount of scoops. I told her that makes it less than a large container and shouldn’t be offered and sold as a large, Basically stealing from the customer. To top it off this time the food seemed old. Haven’t been back. I’ve talked with friends and they expressed the the same experience.

Went an hour before close and they only had 4 entree options left (2 were the spicy ones) and a spoonful of the shrimp/walnut. I was going to get a plate with the shrimp and girl portioned what was left in half..she was seriously about to give 2 shrimps as an entree. I changed it to a bowl and settled for broccoli beef, which was 95% broccoli 5% beef. Maybe put a sign out and list the entrees you don’t feel like making so close to closing? Or better yet, a list of what you HAVE would be shorter. The girl serving didn’t mention the lack of options before I started my order, just kept saying “we don’t have that” until I just looked for myself what was left. I usually have no problems, just don’t come after 8pm…

The food here is the worst out of any panda I’ve been to. I thought I might have been a fluke the first time, then it was the same the second time, and now a third time, the food has been just bad. I get the Beijing beef and I love it at most pandas, but here is super spicy and just doesn’t taste right, like theyre not following the recipes, even the chow main tastes weird here.

Management is friendly and helpful when my Panda Express app was causing problems. It had posted on 4/1, an offer of a 2 item plate for $4. I tried to order it to get the QC code for the discount. But, the app kept saying it wasn’t valid. Amidst all of this, the app kept cutting in adverts for things the company wanted to have me join or sign up for. Very annoying. The Manager was helpful and friendly, and worked with me to make the purchase with what I could afford. This is my 4th visit in the past month. And I am very satisfied with the food, yet moreso with the treatment of me that the people who work there have the capacity to afford.

The kung pao chicken is great! Stay away from the teriyaki chicken though.i also had half fried rice with half chow mein noodles. My grandson had the orange chicken like always and was satisfied. A couple of spring rolls and I was in heaven! Thanks panda staff! Oh,chili sauce on top.

The chow main had a large chunk of what the staff person called cabbage. She said the veggies come prepackaged. Need better quality control.

I’ve been to several different Pandas in Tucson. This is the best by far. The chicken is cooked to perfection. i.e. well done. I like the char on the outside. Yet it’s tender. The Black Pepper Angus is also great tasting. What they have here that other Pandas don’t is the Sriracha shrimp. This has been my second visit so far at this location. ( If you’re wondering which location it’s the one at the Tucson Spectrum on Irvington next to Starbucks)
