They’re supposed to be open at 11, ready to serve customers, but still at 11:30, they keep sending people away because they aren’t prepared. My son was trying to find out how long it would be, and the manager was really rude. She wouldn’t even speak to him but spoke in spanish to another employee. One of the other employees seemed more interested in trying to talk and flirt with one of the guys at Street Taco next door. Poorly run.

I came here on my lunch break and I got a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. My first bite didnt taste as it should and notice the chicken to be a different texture. I went to go back and let them know and the manager on duty was okay she was informing me of orange chicken being a darker meat but overall my chicken was red I didn’t wanna continue to eat it as it made my stomach upset and she told me she can only refund me this time as if like I constantly go and take my food back and left me humiliated while wasting my break time instead of apologizing when I went and didn’t make a scene I just politely let them know. But the cashier girl who was ringing up was so rude for no reason was telling me basically their chicken was not uncooked and it was just me being dramatic and her sarcasm even made everyone else in line question why they were in line when anyone in my shoes understood why they wouldn’t have ate the poorly cooked chicken this left me so bothered because all I wanted to was eat my food on break but all I got was my time wasted and left humiliated

Noodles cold, fried rice almost warm nor was it cooked to being done. Green beans and chicken hot, sparse on chicken. Fountain soda sign says out, how do you run out when soda comes in a box with 4 weeks shelf time. Almost forgot No white rice, usually go to Sarku no chicken as well. Monday’s must be the bad day to eat at food court.

My order came to 12.01. I handed cashier a 10, a 5, and 1 penny. She hurried up and put the money in the drawer and closed it while ignoring me. When I asked where’s my 3 dollars change? Her reply was “Chill Out”. She never offered an apology, which leads me to believe that this was not an accident. At the end of the day how much money was made from customers who were not provided with their change? Makes you wonder, doesn’t? Go Figure!

Customer service was horrible, the short girl serving us had attitude and was rude. There was no utensils and no communication from them. She served a small portion (as you can see in the picture) just so they don’t have to cook more. They don’t deserve more than minimum wage.

They open at 11. It is now 11:30 and they’re still turning people away. I can understand having an off day but the manager is rude and dismissive when asking an eta on being able to order. Even went so far as to pretend I didn’t exist and started talking to another team member in another language until I walked away.

The customers service was horrible. One lady was on her phone ignore my husband and I and the other lady that took our order was rude and was ignoring us as well. In the middle of our order she turns away from us and completely put our order on hold. I told my husband that we should have just went threw a panda drive thru instead of ordering at the mall. They even over charged us and we didn’t get our full order of what we paid for. When we got home to eat our dinner, it was so upsetting. The portions are terrible small, I paid extra for Honey Walnut Ship and I literally got two shrimps. Two!!!!! What a scam!!! We are never ordering from the Panda at Park Place Mall again!!!!!

I have a few issues with this location that I never experience with others. Some days I’m told cash only, other days I’m told card only. Often out of the things I get regularly like Rangoon’s, honey walnut shrimp, etc. Also out of the brewed tea often and lids for cups so I have to get either smaller or larger size. Sneaky way to upsell. And by the way Panda Express…no one likes those apple chips. Go back to cookies, or at least update the menu to reflect accurately what comes in the kids meal. It’s misleading to still list cookies on the kids meal.
