I’ve given this place 4 chances and each time they disappointed. Their vegetables are overcooked, so they come out stringy and hard. The rice is usually undercooked, so there are some bites that are crunchy with uncooked rice. And I always end up waiting for a pick-up order. Today was the last straw because they wanted me to wait 45 minutes for my order. Yes, I was a little earlier than expected, but I had the email confirmation of my payment. Why do I have to wait? I was trying to utilize the T-Mobile deal.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Panda. Horrible customer service through the drive thru. They didn’t give me my extra side of orange chicken. The rice tasted like it was made with old/burnt oil. The Beijing beef tasted like cardboard and was as hard as pork rinds. To top it all off no one answered when I called in to the store. Don’t go, unless you want to be disappointed with your food.

On Google it says the drive thru is open at 930. Immediately was told they were closed, went down the street not even 5 mins to the one on 6th Ave and was served fresh food with courtesy. When someone wants to serve you they don’t hesitate. The one on 6th opens at 10.

I received coupons in the mail, I went through the drive thru @8:37 pm 2/11. Ordered 2 bowls and 2 orders of veggie rolls. The rolls, over fried, orange chicken pieces so small and hard. I had to wait for orange chicken, had to park and wait. I got home. No utensils, no sweet and sour sauce for rolls. No napkins, No fortune cookies. Terrible for such a new business. This was the 1st time we visited.

Watch out with these losers. They want to round up ur total with out telling u what ur total is. And if u say no, they will mix all of ur food, and held it carelessness while putting it in the bag. That’s how part (a lot)of my food was out side of the box and in the bag. I will come back but this time I will get down. And u will know who wrote this. I payed extra for the shrimp for it to be outside of the box.

Great service, weird taste. Bought an orange chicken and fried rice dish at this newly opened panda on my lunch break. For the second time, the orange chicken has had a most peculiar flavor, almost like someone poured vitamin water in the fry pan. It’s tasted like this twice now and not like other panda locations. Otherwise, service was friendly and quick.

Got super sick off of their honey walnut shrimp !! I’m not sure if it wasn’t cooked right or what but it tasted and smelled funny and right after I start feeling sick I come down with a fever, throw up, and diarrhea.

They tell you to wait on the side for your food just to keep you waiting for 30 min to come back in and they ran out of what you’ve been waiting on. Pay attention to the cars you tell to park or don’t be mad when we refuse to get out of line
