Panda Express is a decent eatery overall, generally healthy. The reason for the low score is the consistency of tough broccoli stalks in the premium (extra $1.25) black pepper steak. I’d expect at least one edible piece, I’m not a panda. I would have ordered the plate with veggies instead of rice but they looked abysmal.

Stay clear of the dinner crew. Sama, or whatever her name was, was spending more time paying attention to my order. Every time she scooped something up to put in the container, half of it went flinging across the serving line, and she did not replace what was waisted. The checkout guy charged me for things I didn’t order. Overall, a poor experience at a place I normally like to go. I guess I’ll just frequent another location. Buyer beware!!!

The food here is just as expected and was great for womething quick and easy. Brianna R. helped me today and she was very sweet and that makes a huge difference to me. Going to a place where the people are nice and actually speak to you and chat makes the difference between some where you go once and a place you look forward to frequenting. I will be back for sure! Came in later about an hour before close. They were super busy with Pick Up orders, had to wait a while to get an order in. Although the wait was long, the staff were super friendly desipte how busy they were. The food I ordered was super yummy and fresh, best orange chicken I’ve had in a while. Portions were good too.

Food is just like any other Panda, however the Soda here always manages to taste off, like it needs more syrup or like they used sewer water with the coke syrup. I always avoid the soda here but every now and then I’ll try it to see if its been fixed and its always the same bad off taste.

Great food. Reasonable prices. Anissa is truly an employee that knows customer service. What a great example of a attentive very friendly and professional employee. You are fortunate to have her and you should let her know how valued she is as a team member. Was there sat.june 24th at 4:00. Ordered family meal deal and had to wait for them to make more Beijing beef,and other dishes they were low on. Anissa kept checking on me.

They sent out a mailer with coupons for rice bowls, Buy one, get one FREE which also specified Sizzling Shrimp was included for a limited time. This location refused to honor the FREE coupon and insisted on charging $1.25 for the shrimp bowl even though there was nothing in the mailer that even suggested that stipulation. FREE means without charge. So if you ordered two sizzling shrimps or orange chicken bowl they still tried to charge for the second one. This is bait and switch. I’ve dined here many times before but will never go back.
