All the 1 star reviews says a lot about this location. I was there on 6/3/23 at 6:44pm. Server Brianna couldn’t understand my request of 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 rice as one of the entrees. I’m not exaggerating in saying there was 5 minutes of back and forth confusion about this simple matter. Finally, Brianna calls in someone else and the other server is confused about it also! OMG. (BTW I apologized to the person behind me for taking so long because Panda employees weren’t going to do it). When the matter is finally cleared and I get to the register they tried to overcharge me $2.35 so I had to correct them again!!. Really exhausting. Employees lack basic skills and do not interact well with customers. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. Obviously, poorly managed store.

Didn’t have chow mein would have to wait 5 to 15 minutes. It’s 6 o’clock dinner time and they were not prepared. Then had to find out they had no soy sauce. So now I am eating bland rice and a burnt egg roll.

I came in to this place in a very good mood .once I ordered my food the young lady serving the food was not showing good customer service,Her name is Breanna,she really needs a class on customer service..the food was served in very small amounts.i ordered a bowl with chowmain an orange chicken,5 freaking peices of orange chx..not worth spending my money there again… manager really needs to talk with their team

Once you walk in the staff always greets you. I know it what their boss wants them to do but I think it shows they are engaged. So, the food here always seems to smell good and look good. Some PE’s have food that has been sitting for awhile and looks a little dried out. I had the Black Pepper Chicken and the Beijing Chicken. Both were very good. The fountain drink area smelled a bit odd so we sat far away from there. Other than that, Ill be back to try the Orange Chicken.
