This place is not equipped to handle online orders. Every time we ordered with delivery it would take 1.5 to 2hrs. I decided to try a pick up since that at least cuts out the delivery person. I waited 45min in store for my order which put the entire thing at close to 1hr and 5min before I got my food. I watched several people come in, stand in line for 10 min, get their food, sit, eat and leave. When I questioned their team on why it was taking so long the register person had the audacity to say “We’re just busy sir”. Sure I can see you’re busy but it does not explain waiting this long while people come in, stand in line, and then eat and leave before my order is even ready. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

This place sucks. Goro has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. ZERO customer service. Extremely rude. He needs to be replaced or this place will continue to lose customers. Verbally assaulting his kitchen staff so the whole restaurant can hear, forcing his employees to call him ‘Mr Goro’. Extremely demeaning and disrespectful. I feel bad for everyone working here and anyone who comes to eat here. Make the drive to downtown Prescott Panda Express, it’s worth the drive.

Food was great aside from the chowmein being super old and mediocre. The server Ty was super friendly and efficient and a pleasure to interact with. However it was extremely loud inside for only 3 people being in there so it kinda made it hard to order and think.

For the only Panda Express in Prescott valley they should be less stingy with the food and the quality should be better. Undercooked food and really bad servings for the price. Tried giving this place a few chances but it gets worse every time

My son and I went there two weeks ago..to be fair it was 1-1/2 hour before closing.the food was horrible,like it sat for. Awhile small portions burnt Rangoon.for the price you pay the quality was just not there very disappointing.i feel like they don’t care to serve you,and cook good food.i wonder why these places forget who pays there pay. Check.witout customers you don’t have a job.mabey the restaurants should remember that.

So disappointed!!! We’ve been going to this one for years. Quality has definitely gone down since covid and haven’t been going as often due to this. But yesterday was the last time! We found saran wrap that had been cooked into the chow mien in two separate plates. Needless to say our party of 4 did not finish our meals as all of us had chow mien! Called that night & got hung up on. Called again no answer. Called the next morning employee said they had new cooks & would talk to them. Then talked to the manager, no apology & offered 1 free meal. Not happy & won’t be back!

Higher prices and much smaller portions, new manager or something, but it’s definitely not worth the money anymore. Also, I went there an hour before closing on a different day and there was almost no food and they said they weren’t making anymore, the line was almost out the door, 55 minutes before close and they refused to make anymore food. Might as well just shut the doors now.
