Arrived at this location to dine in. Approximately 5:30 pm. The doors were locked. Went through the drive through and order a bowl of sesame chicken. Got home to fine that the food was cold, it was mostly rice an 5 nickel size pieces of chicken. Definitely not worth the $8 dollars. When I tasted it I could tell that it had been sitting for a while. This was not the first time this has occurred at this location. Will not be back.

The food was good as always the reason for only 2 stars was due to the condition of the restaurant the place was filthy when we walked in. There was food all over the floor and most tables hadn’t been cleaned. This could be due to a rush but the management should know better then to have two employees sitting at one of the only clean tables enjoying their lunch. Cleanliness should come before breaks especially when they had people unable to sit down. Also the employees didn’t seem to happy to be at work. An it’s annoying when I have to ask for a fortune cookie an soy sauce. Those should be a given in a place like this.

This a great chain restaurant location. This location features excellent service. This location always is fast and easy to access. It is conveniently located around other chains gas stations as well as car service and shopping. There are a variety of drink options as well. This restaurant features plenty of parking as well as handicap specific parking on three sides. There are two entry doors and each lead directly to the parking. The drive through is large, easy to access and fast. I have been to a lot of panda express that runs out of fresh entrees but this one always has fresh entrees available. Overall one of my favorite panda locations: great staff and management. :-))

We entered almost 2 hours before closing and they looked like they were getting ready to lock up. They had little to no food and a young girl taking our order spoke to us in a rude manner, although the Kung Pao chicken looked fine, it had a taste as if the chicken was going bad. We left almost an hour before closing time but they proceeded to lock the doors behind us. We also witnessed unhealthy and unsanitary conditions such as drinking drinks by the food and dirty wash cloths laying everywhere in the cooking area and serving area. The staff was young and unprofessional. As convenient as this location is I will not be eating at this establishment again until restaurant conditions improve.

I pulled up to the drve thru, my three year old daughter loves Panda. As we were waiting in line to purchase, my daughter claims she has to go potty. She was patiently waiting until we grabbed our food, but told me she cant hold it much longer. So i pulled into the front to park and take her inside real quick when an older female Hispanic woman tells me to park somewhere else because the front parking is meant for online orders when there is no clear indication that it is in fact meant for online orders. As I was pulling out, I explained my daughter had an emergency to pee, but expect a horrible google review instead. She ended up having an accident. Thanks for not having consideration especially for a three year old. I am so upset because we spend so much money at this location. I guess we will eat at Pei Wei for now on. Don’t worry, I will inform everyone I know as well.

We have picked up food here several times because it’s close by and we have always liked Panda Express for a quick meal when we are pressed for time. My favorite entree is green bean chicken breast and they NEVER have it at this location. WHY NOT? Also they oftentimes forget the fortune cookies. No biggie for us but it might be important for other people who they forget to give them to. Also the broccoli beef is lousy here. We never order it anymore because the broccoli is undercooked and sometimes there is very little beef.

Lazy service. I just tried to order and the pans were empty with scorched burn marks. The server asked the cook to prepare more items and he caught an attitude. If you agree to interview and conduct a job carry it out. I’m almost certain the manager would not hire you if you told them you would wine, complain and not do your job when it is time to perform a task. Panda Express please serve the items on your menu not let items get low. If you are not serving items past a certain time close earlier. Don’t have people drive to your location to waste gas money on poor service.
