Good quality was good. Store could’ve been neater. Don’t understand how they were out of steamed rice at dinner hour. I travel all the time with my kids and go to pandas EVERYWHERE this Is the ONLY location that’s given me issues about getting a small steamed rice and getting it in a bowl so my daughter could pour her sauce on without it going through the paper boxes… so then I asked to order a bowl with steamed rice and then they told me they were out… then I made my two other plates and mine and they ran out of chowmain. And wanted me to wait for more while the other three meals i got sat there… this is by far the worst customer service for a location but the food was good other than that I wouldn’t miss this difficult location.

I went here twice this week, that first time I waited in line for more than 30 min and half the items were out. The food was good at least, but last night was way worse- the Beijing beef tasted rotten to me, I ultimately got food poisoning cause I was so hungry I ate it anyways. If the manager sees this and you guys still have the same batch of beef, please throw it out cause it’s destroyed my stomach all night. Nor only was the meat rotten, the peppers in it were too and so bad I spit them out and avoided them. Are they reheating say or week old food?

Huge roach crawling near costumers in line .Eubank/ Lomas NE. White rice all hard & dryed . Few dine in costumes complained & had to settle for what was offered ( Fried rice) I had 10 plates & one bowl to go & all our white rice was hard & dried . Workers were all friendly .

Absolutely horrible customer service. Terrible staff. The worst location to visit. I had a pick up order for 12:00 PM and I arrived at 11:40 AM. They wouldn’t make my food early since I was already there. Literally ridiculous. I’ll never go there again

Daym no soy sauce!!! No ice!!! Is this a front to sell drugs?? Friendly staff and food is as normal but it’s like going to Taco bell and they don’t have sauce. Best picture I have to prove I was here but I can’t get over no soy sauce.

Orange chicken seemed like they put too much sauce on it. Plus I was trying to break a bill then pay with my card but I couldn’t it would have been helpful for me if I could to pay for a lunch on campus.

I came right at lunch hour. The service was excellent. Staff of only 3 people… 1 cooking, 1 serving & cashier and the ‘manager’. All were friendly and fast. I tipped the guy serving $5 on my $10 lunch. Food was Panda Express. You know what you are getting when you walk in “mall Chinese food.”
