The workers are nice and this isn’t on them but management needs to address the stocking issues. Every visit has one or more things (usually more, main menu and side items) unavailable off of an already limited menu. The wait times are sometimes upwards of 20 minutes which is ridiculous for a fast food place. As a side note, although most places are not safe for food allergies this place most definitely isn’t, I’ve found ingredients from other dishes in my order every time. I wouldn’t eat here if you’re allergic to anything they have on the menu in any dish, you’d be safe with a drink *maybe*. Came back to mention that on several times they have closed the location early during rush due to running out of food.

Food was good. Service a little slow. Only 1 person putting the orders together and cashing out. Location was really dirty. Tables, chairs and floors were all pretty gross. Definitely needs improvement as far as cleanliness

We arrived when it was super busy, and they quickly were waiting on product. In spite of this, the employees kept calm, focused, and polite. We even kept interrupting one of the clerks for minor needs (Miguel), and he never seemed annoyed and quickly assisted us with our requests. He should get a raise! Everyone was doing a great job keeping up with a very busy and stressful situation. Great job.

ordered a large cream cheese rangoon (12) and they gave me 9. went back in less than two minute later and they are rude, acting like i’m lying. they just grabbed some and gave me more instead of fixing my order so now i have shredded rangoons with one that doesn’t even have cream cheese in it, it’s literally just a fricking shell, i don’t even know how that’s possible. i would refrain from coming to this store with how rude the workers are and how careless they are with your food.

The drive through is always closed and they always have technical issues. Need to fix that problem asap. When asked to come in they have no problem running my card. I understand it happens but more than once you need to get it together. I’m just here for lunch not an attitude.

This location really baffles me. Two weeks ago I went to drive-through and when I was trying to give my order, the woman said “hold on a minute” and seven minutes later she still hadn’t come back on. I just decided to leave. No food is worth that. I thought I would give panda express one final chance because I really like their food, so I just went by about an hour ago to go through the drive-through, and there was a chair sitting in the way so no one could enter. It’s just weird and I have to blame this on management. I will not be back.

A very busy place. It is hard to find a bad Panda Express. The flavors hardly ever change, the business is so brisk it is rare to even see food that has sat out for long periods of time. This time they must have had a mad rush, though; they were out of a few things. The bathroom was clean and, like all Panda Express, I needed a code to get in, but that also means there is no lock once you are in, apparently. I thought I locked it. Someone came in anyway. Zero privacy. Still, the restaurant is everything I have come to expect from Panda Express over the years.

I just want some good food! We have reviewed this place in the past and it wasn’t good this time at all! The fried rice was literally rice only with a burnt hint to it. The chow mein was not fresh with a leathery texture. The honey sesame chicken was green beans only! No chicken in it! I’m not exaggerating! I attached a picture of the burnt teriyaki chicken scraps and the green beans. Please get this place fixed! Not sure who the owner or management is.
