Mediocre customer service and much smaller portions than other locations, it’s like they’re cutting costs by serving less white rice? Soy sauce and chopsticks were requested and forgotten. For some reason at the drive theu speaker even after she’d taken my order I was asked to wait there until she said to pull forward when there was nobody in front of me.

Great service, food good tasting, store clean. Only thing not up to my liking was the sides portions were small. That’s where they should shine enough to fill ya up. The stores that do give big side portions are alway busy and get my business.

I went an hour and 5 min before closing, they refused to make new food, had to spilt my family meal with two entrees in one box, and was rude and had an attuite with me asking question. Even had me pay full price for a premium entrée with on 1/3 of the premium in the box. Please go to another location after 8 pm. This location is not it and Panda is my kids favorite spot. If my kids wasnt hungry and late for dinner , I would have left.

Used the drive through in the middle of the day and they were out of chow mein. Was going to take 10 minutes for a new batch. The guy on the drive thru mic wasn’t listening to me and I had to keep repeating my order to him. When I pulled up to the window he was not nice to me and looked like he was having a bad time. I drove away and checked my bag and they didn’t include the sweet and sour sauce I requested for my spring rolls. So I had to pull a u turn and walk in to get more. Overall just had a bad experience with what should be a considerably simple process.

Spent over 30+ dollars 3 2 entrees couple orders of crab rangoons they gave only one spoon per main entree big orange chicken pieces ended up with 5 pieces of orange chicken in one entree they also didn’t include our teriyaki chicken sauce after confirming with the girl the third was all orange chicken which equaled to one entree wasn’t even filled so upsetting you pay so much money for small portions tried calling but no one ever answers this location on Stephanie by American pacific

Placed online order 30 minutes ago and asked for extra teriyaki packets for my grilled chicken teriyaki bowl, and received not one teriyaki packet to go with my grilled TERIYAKI chicken bowl! Not like i can go back because i am on my 30 minute lunch. Gotta love incompetence at its finest!! Thanks panda y’all are special!!

Literally THE WORST!!!! The only receipt I was given was for my mobile order. Not an ACTUAL receipt where I can leave feedback because all the info isn’t there. Ordered a $3 coke, received diet. The plates were in the bag LEANING, TIED & STRAWS INSIDE. What sense does that make?? Food was COLD. Had to reheat it. No mobile order pick up parking spots. This place has gone downhill so fast.

If I could give them zero stars I would I come here all the time never had a problem with the food until now. Mushroom chicken is my all time favorite so I know how it’s suppose to taste. First off they filled my whole plate with rice, then they only gave me 4 little pieces of shrimp fro.the walnut shrimp. Not only that but I bit into a raw piece of chicken. The had an attitude cause I was letting them know it was raw. The manager said that’s how they cook it. I said you give raw chicken to your customers? She said if thats how it comes out then yes. The most nastiest and disrespectful place ever.
