Question; Should the customer pay the consequence of slow business ? If so, should the customer pay a discounted cost for food not being cycled out after hours of sitting out displayed. Well, I asked for half & half, rice and chow mein were cold, har and dry. The Kung Pao had no chicken ( I wish I was lying ) The honey walnut shrimp was dry. Overall you can tell it was not fresh.

Waited for orange chicken 10 min only to go home, opened my container and NO ORANGE chicken. Disgusted of having issues with my food especially when Im the only car in drive-thru. This is a company that is managed poorly, plus they hound you for a donation, and I’ve found, if you dont agree to giving money, your food portion is smaller. Ive never heard of Panda Express being a proud contributor to the childrens charity, I believe they keep the money for themselves. I always deny donation to this company, I do dontate to charities that give you a tax write off.

First time visiting this Panda and I must say this panda is better than any panda I have been to. The food was fresh. I ordered beef and broccoli as one of my sides and the beef was delicious and tender and the broccoli was cooked perfectly and not crunchy like i have had at the other panda’s that I have ordered from. The service and food was great. Service with a smile from the two ladies who were there. Larissa has great customer service and I hope when I go back she is there.

FOOD POISONING. DON’T GO HERE. We went there and I have been on the potty all day. We got food around 4:20 PM. It was soggy walnut shrimp, dried up chow mien and really stale chicken. NOT COOL PANDA!!!! I will report you to health department.

always friendly and service with a smile. they have popular items such as teriyaki chicken, king Paolo chicken, orange chicken, beef and broccoli and more. it is inside of the Vons grocery store so sometimes there is a line but the wait is not very long. you must wear a mask or no service. good for a quick to go dinner.

My husband & I have been going to this place for 3 years, but recently the oil that they are cooking with is bad. I work at home, & hubby picked up a take-out Chinese dinner for me. While eating, I found a 5 inch long black hair in my food. I am not happy. Get it together Panda People!
