The ladies up front are cold and rude. If you Door Dash and need a customer order they ignore you instead of helping to fulfill order or tell you what stage the order is in. When ever we come here to eat, the food is stale and re-fried and they stop making fresh 2hrs before closing. Not a friendly place if you want a good meal with zero attitude. I told the cashier how I felt and she smirked and walked away. They don’t care about customers or customer service at all!

I am changing my review of this Panda Express. The food is decent. The one thing I would say is do not let them talk you into buying a meal that comes with a gift card. I let them talk me into it and unfortunately for me they did not tell me the gift card would expire. The next time I went back they did not honor the card. Luckily I talked to their corporate office and they reimburse me.

Right when we walked in, the restraunt was a good vibe. The workers greeted us with “Welcome, thank you for coming in” right as we walked through the door, even as they were busy themselves. All such good hard workers. Juan was especially a hard worker, and so very friendly!

7/26 @ 9:30 All doors locked a half hour early. Snuck in behind an employee checking trash and cleaning. No food available at 9:30. When I asked the lady if they would make food she said I don’t Know maybe but the chef is going to be very mad at you. I seen the classic movie “waiting” and how mad employees prepare food , so I went else where to avoid getting special guacamole in my Asian food 🙂

It says that the restaurant closes at 10 online and on the building itself. We showed up at 9:40, all the doors were locked and the workers were in there finishing up cleaning 20 minutes before they closed.
