Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food because they are out of stuff, I watch the server add food to drive threw plates while mine sat severals plates served and not to mentions I was shorted chicken! Just got out of the drive thru and parked, the woman who took my order just now told me I had to come inside to the cashier to get soy sauce, like girl I’m in the drive thru just walk over and get me two packets please. Anyway, food is great, she was acting strange. She somehow got me mandarin sauce though I didn’t ask for it? So confused.

This location on W. Craig and Scott Robinson is the cleanest Panda’s that we’ve been to in a while. Every employee was friendly, the food was delicious, and did I mention it was sparkling clean. Kudos to each and every employee! Keep up the great work, good food and wonderfully clean atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Corporate should give y’all a raise for being awesome and for taking pride in your craft. I don’t usually take pictures but, like I mentioned, this place was sparkling clean!

People were rude. Place is dirty. Bathroom smelled disgusting and reeked. I love this restaurant but this location needs tlc. Came here cause my daughter loves it as well. Disappointing. Personally, food tastes better when you see sanitary conditions.

On Christmas Day when the “norm” is to stay at home and eat with family and/or friends (including myself), you’d think this place would have a slow day but that was not the case. Ericka and her team were amazing during an endless rush hour. I would like Panda Express to truly understand that the manager of this location is exceptional as well as the team she leads. Customer service needs improvement. The young lady taking our order was rude, would keep talking over you and when I tried to correct her on my order she said “ oh well I already played it, but you can buy a side for just$3.49” and let me tell you it was not worth my money, if noodles, chicken and veggies drenched in oil is your desire in food this is the spot. Even my 4 year old kept saying it’s so shiny
