I was there around 11:45 AM so not just after they opened. Yet, there were limited items available. In fact, a third or more of the spots on the serving line were empty. It looked like a throwback to the pandemic. Other than orange chicken there were only three other meat entrees available: Kung Pao chicken (which I didn’t want because it’s hot and spicy) and two others. Those two were nearly out and looked like they’d been sitting there for hours. When I asked if more entrees were coming up, I got a vague answer. I just went ahead and got a double serving of orange chicken. Later when I ate it, there turned out to be huge chunks of chicken that required a knife to cut them. Also, the floor was very sticky for some reason. In the future I’ll stick with the PE on Spring Mountain Rd near Rainbow Blvd or the one just west of The Orleans, both of which are consistently much better than this. On the plus side, this place does offer a military discount.

An hour before closing they stopped making Beijing beef. These companies always fail to commit to customer service. If you close at 10pm then you should be able to serve everything until then!

Cashier donated my change without getting my approval. I asked her why I didnt receive mt change and she said she thought i approved becausebi nodded my head while wearing my headphones. I consider this stealing. I will not donate money to any charities through a restaurant. I would do it directly to the charity of my choice.

The dining area inside is clean and well maintained. The young lady who served our plates was super nice and friendly. I love the fact that the food is cooked fresh. The only downside is we had to wait about 15 minutes or so for the black pepper chicken to be ready. Aside from the fact that there was no one ahead of us and it wasn’t packed when we first walked in. The prices are also very reasonable and the portions are generous. The food itself was good.

This is my area PE and eat here often. It’s easy to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but slips my mind when everything is great. . .as it always is at this PE location. This is a long delayed 5-star rating. They def deserve it. The restaurant is always clean, food always fresh and delicious, staff is always patient and courteous, and the manager on duty last night was – in a word, lovely.
