I’ve given up on Panda a while back due to the rationing but, after quite a few years, decided to give it another shot. Who knows, the mindset might’ve changed, right? Guess what.. it hasn’t. It actually got worse. This time I witnessed the lady count (yes, “count”) the shrimps and, soon as she noticed one too many had slipped in, she took it out and put it back. Mind you, shrimp is “premium ingredient” and, therefore, “extra”.. And there sat the lonely shrimp, drying up in the tray waiting to be tossed.. Seriously Panda? I’m gone for good.

Ordered online, took the food home and was missing an item. Sigh. Then I took a closer look at all the food and was very disappointed in the quality. The noodles were mostly cabbage and the veggies were mostly stems.

Quick, hot food. We appreciate you can still get a plate, 1 side & 2 entrees for $10. Good amount of food that you will be full from. Good service. Orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice, beef and broccoli, honey shrimp, chicken and lots more.

Nice Panda Express location. Very clean staff is friendly and attentive. We were greeted right as we walked in. The food was hot and fresh. There is small dining room but it is closed due to covid. They check your temperature right when you walk in. There is also a nice small patio area to eat at as well outside.

Plenty of seating area. Food is good. Parking area is little bit tight. Most of customers had backed the car into the space including myself. Fast friendly service

Convenient location off 215 and N Decatur. Ample parking and handicap access. Masks are required and hand sanitizer stationed at counter. Neat and clean interior. The food counter is glassed off. The servers are very friendly, patient and efficient. Entrees are cooked in small batches so they are fresh. Selections are varied and tasty. Occasionally they offer a new dish. Portions are generous.

It’s hit and miss with Panda. The key is to ask for fresh batch. You might have to wait but it’s worth the wait in my opinion. If you get white rice definitely ask for fresh as this usually sits longer. Service has always been good.

This panda is decent. They are quick to serve you and tend to have the line stocked well. But not all the food is up to par. The fried rice seems to have been white washed and doesn’t have any flavor anymore and the rice doesn’t seem to have the normal texture. It’s like overcooked so it’s a bit soggy. Which is disappointing as it was a staple for panda but it seem chow mein is the way to go now. But even that they over do the veggie to noodle ratio the past few time we’ve been there. Glad to see they have seating again inside but it wasn’t the cleanest. There was a long line when we arrived and people eating. From us entering and us leaving (probably a little over an hour) no one came from behind the counter to clean up the dining area. Now you’re gonna say there was a long line, but we were the last in that line and there was decent amount of time before they had more people come in. Overall, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. There’s room for improvement.

Great location. Service was quick, facility clean, and staff attentive. The spicy options aren’t very spicy if you enjoy very spicy. For the average consumer in sure it’s a bit over mild.
