I’m a habitual fast food loyal repetitive customer at all restaurant chains. I guess maybe a mother-hen of sorts. 5 stars DO NOT COME EASY! So I have seen my fair share of the best and the lacking. Upon entering this restaurant, there was a warm inviting atmosphere mixed in with the decor and creativity to be seen. As I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile. This being my 1st visit for a while to Panda Express, everything was new to me. I felt like a girl in a candy store! But the Server stayed very patient with me, explaining the food trays and even gave me a sample! The moment the taste touched my palette, I was in that good food place! Good Cooks! It and the restaurants cleanliness, atmosphere, and food was so enjoyable, I was compelled to go back for seconds! I asked to speak with the Manager, and within seconds, He met with me to discuss his approval to allow me to post pictures of the restaurant on Google Maps as I always do. He said yes, and was very polite. Of course I can’t leave out the washroom, It was a unisex room that was beautifully sanitary. Keep up the Good Service! Thanks! Tanya

The customer service person were impersonal. The broccoli beef was cold and the serving size is terrible. This is the Panda express on Slaugson in Inglewood. I doubt if I will ever go back. And, sadly because I usually loved their food prior to today

Panda needs to fix their online ordering on ubereats so people are able to request condiments! I had to post this under your restaurant because it’s a bit frustrating restaurants by default not including the required/needed condiments as basic as soy sauce, chili sauce, napkins, and utensils (which I understand one’s gotta ask). But how are you supposed to ask when option isn’t there? Please fix that and by common sense start adding at least 1soy sauce and 1 chill sauce per plate please
