I placed an order online with an expected ready time. I arrived at the time and my order was not ready. I understand it may have gotten busy, or they could even be short staff. My order was ready 18 minutes after the stated time. The staff said hello when I arrived and asked my name. I was not acknowledged by staff until I was handed my order 18 minutes late. The taste of the food was terrible. Nothing had flavor. The chow mein tasted the same as the fried rice, which was flavorless. I requested sauces that I did not receive, and my fried rice had large chunks of egg. I don’t have an issue with eggs, but I wasn’t expecting breakfast size pieces.

The workers are rude and they didn’t put enough food on your big plate if you ask the to put one more scope of rice or whatever they will say will charge you $1.50 for one more scope so they need to learn more about to how to talk with customers and must lesson the customers what they order.

This place is horrible they didn’t have hardly any food ready and prepared they rush you through the line and the severs and cashiers were very rude and disrespectful if I could give no stars I would. Never again! The little food they had ready was dry.
