I wasn’t really a big fan of panda because of their chow mein, but their Beijing beef is an absolute game changer. It gets extremely packed so it may take a while but the staff is cool and the place is clean.

Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in. The manager was serving in the front, she had a black polo on. She had an insanely bad attitude, if she does not want to be there maybe she shouldn’t be there. The ambiance in there was just really bad it seemed like everybody was ready to get out of there. There was a promotion in the front being advertised and when I got up to the cashier she didn’t even know what I was talking about. It was just a terrible experience for me which is a shame to say because this is my local Panda Express but I will not be returning here if I have a choice. I have nothing to say about the food other than the proportions are rather interesting.

This place was extremely packed, but because the workers are very slow. The person initially serving us was, I believe, the manger wearing a polo. She serves super small portions, that’s ridiculous! She’s seems unhappy , I believe my food got cold by the time I reached the register to pay, that’s insane! My husband told me not to ever go to back to this place when he opened his meal. I wanted to say something to the young girl, but I just kept it cordial and left. I should have read the reviews before coming here, everyone can relate to what I’m commenting on.

One star just for the simple reason that the women manager they have in the afternoon sucks at being a manager took my plates back didn’t even bother to apologize or be nice about it !!! they gave me double kung pao chicken when I ask for orange chicken and kung pao and to top it off the kung pao was the leftovers!!!

I ordered online to “save time” my order was supposed to be ready 10 min after I placed it. I got there early so I sat in my car and waited because my kids fell asleep on the way. I went in at the “ready time” and the food wasn’t ready. I went back out to my car and waited another 5 min and it still wasn’t ready. I went back in a 3rd time now almost 15 min past my “ready time” and they finally were scrambling to get me my food. I went out to my car and checked my order. They forgot 3 entrees. I had to go in the store a 4th time to get this corrected. The manager was dismissive and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I didn’t get offered anything and didn’t even get a fortune cookie with my order. Overall terrible service. I would have been helped a lot faster if I would have just walked in and ordered. They need better management.

The workers where more interested in their conversation than attending the customer’s. They are talking over the food going back and forward about their conversation using inappropriate language. I asked for a drink which I had to grab myself because the cashier America was too busy looking for Brenda to keep the conversation going.

When placing a takeout order make sure to double check you food I was handed my order by Natalie assuring me my order was complete only to get home with 2 of my sides missing not only did I have to drive back she couldn’t even bother to fix her mistake and had another employee hand me my sides if she’s part of management which seemed like it she should have better customer service

Went for lunch with my daughter. Towards the end my daughter found a bug in her greens. I got up and asked for the manager. She approached me and I showed her and told her my daughter got a bug on her plate. She called out the cook I think and told him there was a bug in the food. She did not even apologize or offer another substitute. Very badly trained people. An apology would have been enough. Not looking for free food just to be cautious with their food next time.
