The noodles are very dry and have no oil. The orange chicken is hard and the employee mix the old cooked chicken with the new cooked chicken. They don’t throw away the old chicken and continue to serve them to customers. It’s not right because the old chicken is left for so many hours. I cannot eat or swallow because the chicken was so dry. Very bad customer service from this Panda location

I’ve been going to Panda Express for years but there’s been a change. I always order chicken teriyaki with the hot teriyaki sauce poured over the chicken. I also get the hot sweet and sour sauce. But now you don’t have any hot sauces, instead they give customers cold packaged sauces that aren’t very good. The sauces gave their food the extra flavor it needed, but since they’ve taken that away I haven’t been back because of this change.

Unfortunately, they could not redeem my free kids meal voucher, however after ordering the family feast the wonderful staff made sure to pack me a feast. Each box was absolutely brimming with food and for once I was able to feed my family of 4 for less than 35 dollars. Great service and cooking here from the staff at this location in Vons.

There is one of the most customer oriented Panda Express spots. Whole store was experiencing power outage. I ordered food before it happened, unfortunately didn’t have a chance to pay. I did not have cash at the moment. And these good people won’t leave me hungry.

In last week, I was checking some food at this store around 7:55PM, 5 minutes before this store closes, the server lady (old lady) asked me if I want to buy any food from there. When I looked at the food display and quality of the it, I saw only few dishes are available and those dishes seemed LEFT OVER food. I refused to buy anything from there immediately and I don’t think I will go back there unless I see freshly cooked food available.
