It has to be a culture difference. Why aren’t you wearing gloves and mask? Your employee literally put her finger in my rice bare hand. Your workers are talking over the food, spit and whatever else is flying out. I didn’t even attempt to get the food after seeing her touch my rice with nothing on her hands. Such a bad costumer service. Especially the girl with the glasses. Horrible Attitude. I was coming from work just to have my lunch. Never coming back to stupid place. They even check hard on my $50 dollar bills like if it was fake. Just because I was on my construction clothing. That speaks a lot. If there was an option I would give not 1 star but -10 stars.

Who ever Derek is NEEDS to get a raise, a bonus or become a manger. Saw him dealing with an absolute garbage of a customer and Derek remained professional, composed, polite and just unfazed by her horrible demeanor. Just over overall an example of a stand-up human. Well done Derek.

Omg the worst panda express food, ever i order to go and I am two minutes away. When I got home the food was cold the chicken with green beans , & teriyaki chicken not even warm. I was disgusted. I hope they do something about it. He makes me puke if I think about it go try for yourself.

Looked good but not as good as it shudda been. Orange chicken at the Pass Ave one was limp and fatty and no matter it was only 5 pm most food looked worn and was when my friends and family ate it. Though they’re both in Burbank the Victory location is much better. I’ll skip ever going to the Pass location ever again. It’s a NO!
