They have a big sign outside that says “close til 11” we were waiting at the drive thru at 10:30 and no one acknowledged us,I drove to order inside and the doors were locked and all the employees were cleaning and just pretty much signed off and said they’re closed!!!ummm there’s still 30 minutes left til y’all close ,very rude !!!

This Panda express’s new this was the first Panda Express that I went to that there was actual construction going on in the parking lot but it was interesting because I still enjoy. I didn’t let a few tons of bricks get in my way to eat that delicious Panda Express meal . There’s nothing like sharing a bench style seat for someone you don’t know it makes the hold american-chinese experience very humbling. But overall I will still come back to this restaurant they were friendly smiles and there was also police there that made me feel very secure.

I stopped by on my way, and I’ve never been to a panda where they are stingy about how much rice and Orange chicken they give you. I got the bowl and it barely filled the rice, and barely covered w orange chicken. I hope they realize I still paid the regular price on the menu for the bowl.

I left so disappointed with this location. I only crave panda every once in a while. The drive-through girl wouldn’t change one of my sides. She seemed so inexperienced. And when I got my plate, the portions were tiny . Plus, the veggies were huge. and I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I know how to give more while keeping more. And it completely ruined my experience.

I had an unpleasant encounter at the drive-thru of Panda Express #0647. The cashier, Gabriel C., greeted me with a sour attitude, no smile, and no hello. There was a complete lack of courtesy, without even a simple thank you. I believe it’s crucial for the restaurant to address these customer service issues, as it’s disheartening to experience such treatment, especially when I choose to spend my money there.

This Panda Express was my Go-To until this particular Individual named Josue. I understand this location gets very busy and the workers get overwhelmed by the amount of traffic flows in. As a customer he was very rude to not only me but to others as well. Knowing he is a manager, he lacks the ability to keep calm and not lose focus on customer service. Nonetheless I appreciate the employees that work hard in this location. Thank you.
