Not the place that I was expecting. I love Panda Express but NOT this location. Stay away. Go to another one if you’re able. The staff wasn’t friendly and some collar shirt people were there. Maybe managemen? And even they were not friendly. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. That’s what helps with chain restaurants but maybe they’re not enjoying what they do. The food was not good either. Rice was meh. Orange Chicken was not fresh and if this would have been my first time trying Orange Chicken, I would say it’s not good at all. No working A/C at this location. Felt so hot and all we wanted to do was just leave!

I ordered a small a la cart entree for $6 and was shocked on how how small it was. Literally three pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of meat. Definitely over priced! Not to mention I also ordered the the new orange chicken sandwich just to be shocked on how little of orange flavored sauce it had. Not even enough to taste the orange flavor like mentioned on their adds. Chicken looked pale. Not worth the hype at all! Just very disappointed with the quality of service here

They’ve gotten my order wrong 3 times same girl at window I ask for half chomping and half orange chicken . They give me cold food lil chicken and rice . I live in azusa by time I get home so disappointed. They’re the worst

Over priced and over rated for no reason !! You pay more for vegetables then the actually protein !! The employee have attitudes when you ask for easy veggies or can you portion more onto the plate or it’s extra money for extra of the item etc it’s just horrible how the customer service is . Always check your food before you leave ! Sometime the food looks old like it’s been sitting there for awhile . Just bad food prep habits etc never will I go to panda again !!

Not the first Time I come here but sure will be my last. Each time come here my orders get messed up. Something is missing,or it’s completely wrong. I order chicken teriyaki on most of my orders and didn’t get sauce for it. When I asked for it sweat & sour and Sriracha sauce. It’s the smallest thing that make your food complete no point of getting it then. Very disappointed as I work in the same field.
