This new Panda needs to get its act together. When they took my order, I wasn’t offered any samples. When I paid for my order, which was to go, I wasn’t given a bag OR even a fortune cookie. And the price was 20 cents higher than the Panda I usually go to. Inexcusable lack of attention to training staff at a new restaurant only a few miles from corporate headquarters. With all the other options nearby, this place won’t last if customer service doesn’t improve, even if it is a national chain.

Went to this Panda Express in Rosemead and it was just okay. We ordered Orange Chicken with noodles. It tasted a little chewy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. First time I ever uncountered that? Service was great, and wasn’t too packed at all. Usually have good experiences with the Alhambra and So. Pasadena places? Huh!! Fried rice and Peking Beef ok, Shrimp is good and so were chicken egg rolls . Its a strange setup, you can’t see anything, need to order and then pick up on the other exit side for ur food.

Ordered on Uber Eats and not happy with this Panda Express. The portions were very small compared to others we’ve been and they messed up one order giving us no fried rice. Judging by other reviews, this is not a one time issue. You have been warned.

This panda is always good when we come. Never any issues. Always find a table right away. Food is always hot. We come here 3 times a week!!!!! Thank you panda staff always a pleasure to eat here. Bryant and tony are nice and freindly as well. See you guys tommorow!!!!

Don’t buy from this place. Most employees are not friendly. Also they have ridiculous rules here. Other Pandas take the survey ticket and give you an free item no matter what it is. This one charge you extra $1.25 if that’s the premium item. This assure me they are not the original Panda store and just like a guy joining Panda by using their recipe. It perfectly explains why the food here taste sucks, from chowmein to everything

Alas the Rosemead Plaza opened a Panda Express resto. This Panda Express chain is new and their food is fresh. Staff (Michael and co) are amiable, competent and professional. Interior is neat, organized, well lit and has a good vibe. Interior design is modern with mural decor; wooden seats and tables are evenly spacious. Kitchen is openly visible infront of the dining area. Parking lot is huge. Overall, I highly recommend this Panda Express.
