I went there at 8:45pm that it was long line busy but all foods are fresh and and keep filling up that lots of staffs to cooking and staff servicer. Feel no pressure hurry from staffs and they know they are busy but show no stress and doing their jobs well. Satisfy fresh yummy n filled lots of food during busy time!

The young lady behind the counter was incredibly incredibly incredibly rude. I couldn’t believe how rude she was and it was the start of the day so I don’t know what the hell her problem was. But don’t bring it to work k? K and the food despite being the start of the day the food was old. Oh my gosh I couldn’t believe it. Thank but no thanks on coming back nope!!!!!

Chow mein was mushy, teriyaki chicken was barely cut and mushroom chicken was way too greasy. I’m not usually one to complain about a fast food restaurant, but this experience was bad. The lady behind the counter asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh chow mein, but we were on a time limit because we had to go back to work so we just took what they had. It shouldn’t have been served at all. It ruined our lunch. The mushroom chicken was disgusting and greasy too. Definitely not as fresh as it’s been before. When I came back to see if there was anything that could be done, I got attitude from the cashier and she said “Well I asked you if you wanted to wait for the fresh chow mein.” After her and the other cashier exchanged their dirty looks towards me, she offered to give a fresh portion of chow mein and mushroom chicken. But I rather not have been served at all. The two ladies were unfriendly and not willing to hear what I had to say. This place has bad service.

This location closes at 10:30pm I came in at 9:45pm and I was told I can’t get anything but what is left over which was orange chicken and rice. No noodles nothing. What is the point of being open late in the day if you have zero to no options to choose from. A lady with her two daughters came after me and unfortunately she didn’t make it for the orange chicken and they offered her rice and super greens 45minutes before closing!! Please put a sign about this somewhere so people don’t come to this location expecting variety well before the close time.…..
