We went to this store 40 minutes before closing. All the food looked old and we asked to have them prepare fresh items. The manager said NO! You get what you get. None of the employees wanted to do anything to support the customers and only wanted to go home. We have purchased food from this location fir over 15 years. This was a horrible experience and this manager should be severely reprimanded. We have never had this experience before. We want to ensure thus never happens again. Please let me know how we or any customer can get fresh food no matter when during operation hours. We have been in this community for May years and will stArt a campaign to tell everyone not to frequent this location. We left and did not get anything for our dinner

The service was great. Zulevca the server was courteous and prompt. I ordered a small bowl of black pepper steak and 1 chicken eggroll with a medium drink. The price was kinda steep but other than that I enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere there wasn’t as busy perhaps because they opened 20 mins ago.

Please update your hours. Says it closes at 9pm but came for takeout at 8pm and 90% of the food platers were empty/ cleaned up so I left. There was only orange chicken left. Excuse was “we are closing”. 1 hour before. Wasted my time and my gas. Update the hour!

Staff is always friendly, foods always spot on, although the parking area is small it’s far better than street parking. I don’t think you can go wrong with panda except on price but so far they all seem to be pretty spot on the same, from food to staff, to what they offer.

Gisselle is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I picked up an order and when I followed directions and asked for the order by name she insisted I provide a phone number AFTER she looked at me up and down. The person before be simply gave a name and picked up their order. When I told her I didn’t have the number because the online site simply said ‘go to the counter and tell them order for _____’ she rudely said I needed to provide a number because it’s company policy. I have gone back 3 more times and was never asked for a number, I simply gave a name. Today I went in and asked for my order by name and was given my order. When I saw Gisselle was there I told her that her stating of the company policy was incorrect because I had verified it she seemed surprised. She immediately reprimanded the employee that gave me my order for not asking for a phone number. She did so in front of other customers. She proceeded to yell at me as I was walking out and told me not to tell her how to do her job. Every other Panda Express simply asks for a name. Gisselle decides on who to ask for what information based on how a customer looks. My husband went in wearing a suit and Gisselle gave him his order after he simply provided a name. Panda Express needs to do better. Gisselle needs to be trained on how to do her job in a way that doesn’t come off as discriminatory.

I placed an online order for pick up. During that process you are asked if you want hot sauce, utensils, napkins etc. I indicated I wanted all three. When I got the order back to work after pick-up, none of those items were in the bag. FRUSTRASTING!

I went here on the 29th got a bigger plate white rice chow mein ( but they didn’t have white rice ) so I got all chow mein, kung pao, honey sesame & sizzling shrimp. The next morning I am sick and everyday since! Went to the hospital yesterday and still not fully covered they put me on the “brat” diet…… DONT EAT HERE. Something is seriously wrong with the food. I just want to feel better again it’s been 4 days smh sent panda a email and still no response.
