We came here around 3:30. Food was not as fresh as we are used to. And they would not let us try then new items before ordering. Orange Chicken was cold and dry. New Sizzle shrimp item not very sizzled. Staff was friendly and nice.

The reason why I gave the one service star it’s because my sister ordered her food for her son who’s string me picky eater does not like anything hot and is food and you commanded her a hot disc chicken and she did not want that in the meal on the kids meal your your cook was very rude I know he’s going to the lot that day we understand but the way he acted till a pain customer was not okay kids have different palettes let you know they’re not an adult pallet to get handed hot stuff okay please understand your customers that they have kids that don’t know their pallets are so different or two years old

I have a really bad experience, today my husband & I, we go at 9:20/9:15 which is long time to close the store, when it was time to pay the girl in the picture in the register, the girl with glasses, she start to yell in spanish at us, we told her we don’t understand, and she keep talking to us in spanish, but in a very rude way, we keep answering to her in english, and she continue speaking spanish.

Huge disappointment! I used to come here a lot, but the food portions are getting smaller and smaller. Ordered a bowl of fried rice with coconut shrimp and they only gave me 5 shrimps in an entire bowl of rice. Like I paid extra to have shrimp, and you can’t even give me more than that? Food here is no longer filling like before.
