Waited in store for 20 minutes after placing the order online despite it being a small order (just 1 large plate). They got the order wrong, and what they did get right was bland and had no browning whatsoever. It was hardly cooked! This is the 2nd time this location has given us poor quality food. Definitely not going back again.

Food is actually pretty good but employees always have an attitude; mostly the young females. I stopped pre ordering because, when I used to, I was always standing in the ‘order pickup’ area waiting for an update as to where my order was. Many times my order was ready (and I could see it sitting behind the counter) for me but I couldn’t grab it because I had to wait until one of the employees took the time to look at me.

the Worst panda experience ever. Even though the line is out the door its still faster than ordering online. I placed my order at 645p my email confirmation said to pick it up at 655p showed up at 656p food was not ready,That’s when they started working on it. 720p rolls around and they barely had my order (it was two bowls nothing crazy) it took them a total of 35 min to fill two bowls

Some of the female staff are rude and ignorant. I’ve arrived to pick up an order, she does not understand English or she is not properly trained, whatever the case is, she asks order number? I say I don’t have an order number I have a name for an order I’m going to pick up. And she continues to say you need an order number and I say No I don’t, you just need my order name. Long story short she was rude and some of her co-workers too. One advice please learn basic English and be respectful. I used to pick up orders as a partner and I used to eat as a customer. They lost all my business. Corporate if you need more info please reply I’ll gladly speak and complaint about the rude female that service me. Well if we can call that customer service?!

Now that its open I can give a proper review. The food tastes just like any other Panda Express. The inside is really nice, very clean. There are seats outside but I dont recommend people eat there, as there are people that beg for money in this area.

Ordered 2 kids meals and the cashier said they are out of apple and cookies. The cashier said instead she gave us a fortune cookie. Aren’t fortune cookies already included? My kids were very upset! And she was very rude! Meanwhile I can see all the girls that work there eating the food and also sticking forks in the food and eating. The broccoli had hair in it – hopefully no one orders it!

Food was great! The staff was nice. It’s amazing to me how much better the food is here as opposed to Roswell. Even though the helpings were smaller. I noticed the person in front of me had their bowls packed so much they couldn’t close it properly but noticed when mine was made it was not. Oh well. It was still delicious and filling.
