Came into Panda Express ordered with the app under Michelle J. Went to pick up my order during lunch time and they didn’t have my order ready even though they texted me it was and the rice wasn’t cooked at all. I ordered fried rice and it’s all white because it’s undercooked. Can I talk to someone about this? I waited in line for a suppose ready order for uncooked food. Not to mention how HARD the orange chicken was it broke my plastic fork. Something has to be done about the cook in this location.

she gave me an ugly look. Literally threw the food like in a garbage can. small portions: smaller than standard: just a kittle bit of entries covered with chow main like a toping. Two entries with chow mein looked like a messy one item. kept re- asking the same question over and over. She said if I complained it will bring more customers to the business. It was late I didn’t want to make a show. Awful experience.

I submitted an update on the hours for this location because they are not open until 10pm every night as posted online. The store now closes every night at 9:30pm which is one less option available in Palm Springs for food during normal evening hours, especially on a weekend night. All the other locations around the valley show they are open until 10 or even 11,, so I’m not sure why this location shortened its hours? #sadpanda

I frequent this establishment. Tonight there were several employees running around behind the counter but most of the display food bowls were empty and customers mostly weren’t being waited on. In other words, the frenetic activity wasn’t producing revenue. I walked out empty handed after waiting for service. Sad.

This location very dissapointing. Portions on plate meal I ordered very miniaturized. 16 bucks for tiny plate and large side of fried rice. Tepid servers. Sadly won’t return to this location. Very dissapointed.

if you make an order through the application, then they constantly put chicken instead of beef + portions are very small. in the evening something is always missing and they can only put you rice. i hate this place
