They were out of the new sizzling shrimp. It has to defrost, would take an hour. Out of another item I wanted, said it would be 30 min. Before I could get it. I ordered 2- 2 item plates. They only have me one item on one, the Teriyaki chicken was missing. Naturally this was at the drive thru. Then my husband do it was terrible & never go there again! My grandson liked his sesame chicken. He’ll eat anything.

My first time going through a Panda Express drive thru and it was horrible. All of my food was sloppy, messy, and small portioned. Everything I feared could happen, did happen. If I was not with my small child I would have returned for and refund or new order. Definitely let me down Panda Express. Server Andrea M, I felt like you could have put more effort in preparing our food.

Got there just after they opened. Orange chicken was hard, couldn’t pick it up with a fork. Noodles were over cooked, burnt. No sauce for teriyaki chicken, no flavor. Portions small. Some of the orange chicken pieces were spicey, like they didn’t clean the wok between making different items. Avoid this place, other Chinese restaurants have larger portions and better prices.

Here we go again, yet another trip wasted. I drive all the way here to be told they only have a couple items available because they are closing. You are open for another hr, you should have WAY more food items available at this time. Rude service by the drive thru employee. You could tell by her tone she wasn’t happy to be working there, and she had the attitude to prove it. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I got a bowl and put so much rice on my bowl and only gave me 5 pieces of chicken for $9 now that’s insane! Secondly I saw 2 roaches on the floor at this specific Panda Express which ruined my appetite.

I was debating on 2 star review for customer service but I just couldn’t. The food is not worth what they charge. Ordered white rice teriyaki bowl. It looked like they just bought a Costco rotisserie chicken and just shredded it on top of the white rice. No sauce or flavor! It didn’t even have that much chicken. Never going there again.
