The worst service I’ve ever had. Boyfriend ordered super greens, double orange chicken, and beef broccoli, said we’d have to wait 4 minutes for super greens. Then he proceeded to skip over us when we weren’t finished ordering and helped two other people before I could get a word in. I ordered teriyaki entree and they had to make more also. 20 minutes and multiple people go by after us, they haven’t even STARTED the super greens or the teriyaki chicken. When we asked about our food the guy working the register SHOOK HIS HEAD at us and turned around to ask about it. This is the same guy who served us and he didn’t even remember the order. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Got a refund after and it was just terrible attitudes from the staff. I hadn’t been rude, but they acted like I’d been a terrible person. Just god awful. I’ve had problems every time I’ve come here, but this time really took the cake.

My wife and I come here regularly here at Promenade mall. Today we order two each two item combos. I was extremely disappointed when I ordered double Beijing beef for my entrees I was given 1 small scoop and when I asked where the second scoop was I was told that was the portion. My wife ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef and received 1 scoop each a normal portion. I was given the last scoop in the pan and was not offered to wait to get the rest of my food. Very disappointed considering. No more lunch here at 12:15

Waited in line for 3 comb plates and I was order for my family on a lunch break. The worker put my order aside and start working on someone else. The worker never told me anything and I asked for a manager he said she cooking noodles right now. Bad customer service not enough employees for the day. Never got to purchase my food or talk to the manager. Don’t eat here!!!

Poor customer service here. Was waiting in line at the end to buy a drink only (no food), cashiers are so robotic here they don’t know to acknowledge you if you’re not buying food. If you’re buying a drink, just need napkins or cutlery, they will ignore you untill you leave or force yourself into line.
