Food is fresh staff is friendly management isn’t very good very bad to employees. New visit on 5/19/22, employees are still very hard working and courteous. Sasha was my server and she was a delight. The food is still fresh and hits the spot.

I go to this one because it’s convenient to my house, I order a plate with extra chow mien and beef and broccoli and a coke. I got what I ordered except it was a diet coke. When I went to eat, the beef tasted slimy and burnt which made the broccoli taste horrid. The noodles are dry and tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend.

Trash. At first i thought it was time of day when they had to cook the food but everytime it’s a 8-10 minute wait. Why would you tell us “the things you have ready” then when we get to the window we have to wait regardless? If you want a decent panda express you’d have better luck in Menifee.

One thing I think they need to improve on is a sound barrier at the drive through. Its difficult for the cashier to hear the order due to the traffic coming from the freeway. Had to repeat myself several times to get my order in correctly. Other than that enjoyed PE

I ordered a combo meal with a soda. But they didn’t hear me apparently, because when I got up to the drive thru window the price seemed low. So she added the soda. But instead of giving me the soda price per the combo meal price, they charged me full price for the drink. This was discovered after I had already driven away. And beyond that, the drive thru lady was condescending and rude. Won’t be going back anytime soon. And when I do go back, I’m asking for a partial refund to cover the extra money I spent on the soda. Not happy with their customer service at all!
