This particular Panda Express is in the food court of The Shopps st Mission Veiho Shopping Mall. The service and atmosphere are those of a food court. The chow mein are good. The orange chicken is ok too. The fried rice didn’t live up to my expectations

Today I had lunch at this Panda Express. The wait in line was reasonable but if they had a second person getting the food I think the service would have been better. I didn’t see the mushroom chicken as an option because there was no name placard but they did have a fresh batch coming out when I ordered it. My only feedback for this specific location would be that the broccoli in the beef and broccoli didn’t seem very good. I did get the veggie side and the broccoli in there was so much better and fresher. I spit out some of the broccoli pieces from the beef and broccoli. My complaint to the company would be that the veggie side is only cabbage and broccoli. I think they could offer some additional vegetables to make this vegetable side more desirable and a really viable option. My other complaint would be that there really aren’t many healthy options at this restaurant. I’m currently doing weight watchers and my lunch was still fairly high in calories and I chose their lowest fat meat options. I think my experience at this location was good enough to eat here again. I like the portion sizes I saw given to other customers but of course, I thought my serving looked a little smaller.

Kung pao chicken barely had chicken. Mostly veggies. Orange chicken had only 8 pieces and was way too crunchy and dry. Pricey for the small amount of food they give nowadays. I’m kinda shocked . THE WORST OE I’VE BEEN TO.

Absolutely dissapointing. All the food was packed up or gone 20 minutes before their established closing time… then they had the stones to charge us extra for the only available entre. Corporate incompetence and disregard for the customer in its purest form. I would not recommend this establishment.

Usually I can’t go wrong with Panda because it’s so consistent. However this time at this location I ordered my standard Orange Chicken and it was burnt! Each bite was like eating burnt fried batter. Not very tasty. The chicken and mushrooms had lots of connective tissue in it as well. I only could stomach half my meal. Stay away from the Orange Chicken when it’s not orange.

It says that they open at 10 am it’s 10:07 I asked them what time and they say in about 20 more minutes. Why they don’t open at 11:00 instead. Unbelievable!!

This restaurant constantly doesn’t check for the right items. If you plan to order a drink, you wont get one. I ordered chow mein and fried rice they gave me all chow mein. And this is about the 6th time in a row this has happened. Also, their food quality is really bad. And their customer service is worse. Please train your incompetent employees to look at the receipt before giving out the order. Thats the whole point of a receipt. What are these people getting paid for.

I’ve gone to this Panda Express for about 5 years now every Sunday. Every week I’m greeted and kindly asked what u would like to eat. I’ve ordered the same food now for 5 years and has never gotten old. Probably the best and kindest customer service. There are 2-3 employees who have just memorized my order and ask if that is what I’m getting every week. Hopefully they don’t close down to COVID.

While I normally thoroughly enjoy an outing to Panda Express…this particular PE sucks. The staff is incompetent. Screwed up most of the order and then acted like their incompetence was our fault. Ordered a medium drink…had to ask for it 3 times after we paid. Again, we seemed to annoy them by having the audacity to point out how utterly incompetent they are. Cleanliness looked problematic as well.
