Placed an order through Postmates. Our bowls were very sad (I will include photo). No sauce on side, no napkins included, no fortune cookies. I’m shocked they filled our drinks up. One star for that I suppose. Not a very smart way to do business. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

During my recent visit to Panda Express, I was disappointed to find that the portion sizes of the dishes I ordered were far smaller than what I had experienced in the past. Despite paying the same price as before, I was left feeling like I had been cheated out of a satisfying meal. As a frequent customer of Panda Express, I expect consistent quality and generous portion sizes. However, this recent experience left me feeling like the restaurant was more focused on maximizing profits than providing a satisfying dining experience. While I appreciate the convenience and speed of Panda Express, I will have to think twice before returning in the future if they continue to skimp on their portion sizes.

Food cold, where’s the beef in the broccoli beef?? Took forever! Looked at the driver’s position, and he/she was hanging out at different places both before and after the food was ready. Uber profile shows picture and name of a female, but a very rude male delivered the food.

3 bad experiences in a row. (1) Ordered with app for pick up. I got there at the time they stated on the app. When I got there, they hadn’t started making the food yet. They found my ticket, started putting my plate together, and I was out of there 5 minutes later. (2) Another pick up order. This time, there’s another gentleman in front of me waiting for pick up order. 10 minutes go by, they finally get to us to check if our orders are ready. Neither of our plates are ready. In the meantime, they already serviced over 12 customers who walked in to order. It takes about 30 minutes from the pick up time to get my food. The guy in front of me waited even longer. (3) After using my app for a while, I finally have rewards showing up. I learned from previous experiences that ordering ahead is usually a bad choice. So I go order in store. My reward is not honored. They said that their store does not accept rewards. THEN WHY AM I USING THE APP AND GETTING POINTS FOR??

Rude staff across all areas, don’t order online they will not make your food until after they finish everyone in line. Kitchen staff grabbing chicken out of open tubs on the floor. Honestly food was gross Pick up Stix is worth the extra money you get better food and more of it.

I don’t write bad reviews or complain ever but I’m so disappointed, the food quality is disgusting! I order a two entree, the noodles look like they are two days old and my honey shrimp is nothing but soggy breading. And the shrimp smells nasty! I love Panda Express but this location is not it!!!!

The place itself is whatever… the staff is either friendly or not… they generally ignore you but its a easy spot where the kids enjoy to eat. Tho there have been times where this location will give you hard stale food. Also in one occasion i got plain chow mein noodles… it was weird and was gross so i had to toss it now that i didnt have time to return and ask for it to be changed. Not the best panda but the only one in corona unless you have time to go to eastvale.

Tonight was a good night! Food was actually really yummy. They brought back my favorite Honey Sesame Chicken. And I tried Sizzling Shrimp which had broccolini, peppers & onions. Both were fresh, hot & delicious! Highly recommend both. I also tried their new Refresher Drinks – Pomegranate Pinapple
