Wanted to try new wok shrimp it was 8 pm they close at 930 and they were out of that, the pepper beef, rice and chicken teriyaki. We had to wait about 12 min. for food which was a while. They had a good amount of staff so confused as to why they were out of so much food. The food was good, I liked the shrimp worth trying hopefully you don’t have to wait forever for yours.

Order on the app at 12:04 and it says it will be ready at 12:10. I get to the store at 12:22 and they have not started the order. They don’t start it and start taking the orders in line first. So apparently don’t bother ordering ahead or better yet, don’t bother coming here at all.

Unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 Star but it technically should be minus 10. I was doing door dash & when I first went in the 2 girls (1 was starr) where doing nothing. What shocked me was they had multiple online orders that needed to be filled. Once I got mine (for my customer) it was the right name but the food itself was all wrong. Then I had to go back for another delivery and the 2 girls would look at me & whisper to each other. I’ll bet you that they where talking about me & the other order. NOT PROFESIONAL GIRLS!!!!! You where wondering around doing nothing when I first came in. And didn’t smile once or show any friendliness to customers

I don’t recommend this place. Ridiculous portions, I paid $9.25+ tax for this little bowl of beyond orange chicken , the kids plate has more portions of meat than this and for less money, and the worst thing is that I went back to the store to asked If that was the right portions and the lady said yes.

Food is good. The service was not good. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time for pickup, got there on time, and watched multiple people with online orders arrive after me and get their food. After about ten minutes they seemed to remember I exist and told me they were working on the kung pao (not sure I believe that and apparently ordering ahead wasn’t enough notice, but okay). Got my food about five minutes later. No apologies were offered for the 15 minute wait.

Quality has slid…portions small, proportion of meat to veggies poor, food too greasy, veggies are either over or under cooked, barely warm, rice hard and clumpy. Need a vegetarian or vegan option like their eggplant, tofu dish. Kid friendly but a lackluster introduction to Chinese food. Staff remains helpful, nice.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. First of all I’m not from Camarillo and I am driving around in circles (at night) looking for the place I keep driving around looking for the big red sign then realizing I can’t find it because neither the front or back signs of the store are not lit. I ordered an online order my food was on a shelf they had behind the register so my food was cold.( there was literally no customers in the store why couldn’t they leave it on the hot counter to stay warm??) I used to work at panda and I was taught never to just serve the last of the choppy pieces of chow Mein we would mix it wit the newly made chow mein. What I was given tonight was prob the last of chow mein in the bowl it was little tiny chopped up pieces and mainly big pieces of cabbage not only that my chow mein tasted burnt. I haven’t had panda in years and definitely not going back so dissatisfied!

Do not order online! Online order stated it would be ready at 4:45 and waited until 5:11 to get food. The best they could do was offer an apology and said hope your day gets better.
