This location gets packed but what I like is that they take digital gift cards and the staff knows how to process payment. We’ve been to many locations that supposedly accept gift cards but staff were not properly trained to process digital gift cards. So to me, that’s a big plus

I placed an online order when I got there and asked if my order was ready they told me that they were barely making it,so I waited an extra 10 min (the reason I placed an online order was to not wait) I was understanding and patiently waited since they were really busy on a Sunday.When I got home they had my order completely wrong. They gave me rice(contains eggs) which I am allergic to instead of chow main.When I went to complain about my order the “manager” said they could only replace my order didn’t even apologized.I could of had an allergic reaction!!! PLEASE check your order before leaving Panda Express it’s their responsibility to check the costumers order whenever they have a “online order”.I take fault as well for not double checking but they have the Audacity to say that it’s not their fault they got the order wrong because “it was busy” VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On Sunday night, January 9, this location served me burned food, it was smelling so bad that I could not eat it. It was too crowded and took 15 minutes to get to counter and I could not eat the food. Either the rice or the chow main was burned and rather producing a new batch, they served it and shoveled it down the throat of the customer. If it was not a pandemic time, I would return the box but I decided to threw it in the trash and left quietly, hungry and disgusted.

Terrible service. I called in my order to be ready at 745Pm, as i work graveyard shift. I arrived at just after 745 pm, and they had yet to start my order. AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I did not get to have what I ordered, what I always order from any Panda Express. I had pre ordered, so I would not have to wait. WELL, I had to wait, AND as I said, NOT get what I ordered. I could have waited LONGER… to get my dish of choice!!! OMG!!! This particular location is always less than stellar. It was convenient since i was working in Oxnard that night, but NEVER AGAIN.

I feel very comfortable ordering food here. It was just my family and two other people in there. One in front of me and one behind. They had one entrance and one exit. The only thing I didn’t really like is that the employee on lunch was eating at a table near the exit. They need to give their employees a place to safely eat away from others. It’s only fair for them.
