The beef was too chewy for me. It could have been More tender. But the egg rolls, noodles and rice were real good.

I don’t come here often since the price is a bit to expensive for me but it doesn’t take away the experience. I have never had a issue coming here and the employees are always helpful. I get orange chicken and sesame chicken with a side of egg rolls with a drink. I recommend coming here to eat and chill

It was a very good experience. Location is super clean, the food is consistently good. The crew is always polite and seem to sincerely enjoys interacting with their customers. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Kudos to the manager!

This place was hopping. I got there and there were two people in line ahead of me. But the line went fast. They had all the entrees we wanted. I don’t know what they do differently than the Ventura location to but all their meat in the entrees was so tender and so flavorful. I really liked that their Kung Pao chicken was very spicy as it should be. But everything was great and the staff were very pleasant.

8:25pm and they are out of everything! How can I get the family pack if there’s no food? Crazy, why be opened if there’s no food options? Not everyone wants orange chicken.

I really don’t like coming here but the kids and my Fiancé ask for it. Customer service is bad and the portions are skimpy we always pay for double portions but that’s ok it’s the customer service that gets me. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else.

Kung Po chicken actually had Chili’s in it. A moderate spiciness

Mushroom chicken had no mushrooms, small serving, the place has gone down hill, the restrooms are a mess, the soap dispenser was in the sink the paper towel dispenser rotates in circles when you try to use it and no paper towels dispense. The paper towel dispenser has been like this for two months, a shabby cared for restraunt. They say look at the front end of a restraunt the back the part you don’t see will be ten times worse, I’m done with this location.

Order is rarely correct, servers don’t seem to care much. They missed an entree in our order and when we went back to the store they didn’t apologize, they just said, “oh” and gave us a box with the meat. Would avoid. Just go to Waba, at least they’ve never messed up my order or left out entrees.
