Went to the new location next to Texas Roadhouse on a weekday during dinner. Parking was easy to find and it wasn’t too busy. Entrance as of 05/18/2023 is on Visalia Parkway.

Great new location. Fast friendly clean. Had all the selections ready at lunch. Lots of parking. Less busy than others location for now maybe because it’s so new people may not know about this location but that’s a plus for me

It’s a panda express with a drive thru. Nice new restaurant with clean interior and restrooms. Two lanes for the drive thru. Have had only positive experiences here.

The place did not take my order and It made me feel uncomfortable. I was with a large group and my order did not get taken. I was standing around waiting for my order. They came to my table minutes later and said my food was not paid for. I told them I was with the group and it should have been charged on the same bill. They said my food was the only one not charged. It felt a little racist to me. They took my food and drink away. I had to wait a long time to get served and then I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. Do Not Eat Here They are not Helpful at all!

Horrible experience ran by young kids!! Not welcoming. Forgot to give us our drinks. I order beff and broccoli but only got broccoli. I tried giving them a second chance in this location but still disappointed.

Ordered 2 plates but were served in bowls because they were out of plates (still charged for plate price but served less food). I was never made aware of this until I questioned why I was getting bowls at the window, coincidentally after taking my payment and charging my card. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered here and gone to the other location down the street. This brand new location also did not have any working soda machines. Had high hopes for this new location but won’t be back and won’t be recommending to others.

Manager is all over the place. She was helping to make our order and kept walking away dealing with other things with the staff. Was there for 20 mins and she kept messing up on our order of 5. At the end she told my wife to stop talking or she would refuse to serve us so we left. We will not be going back to that panda

Food was horrible. The noodles were all pieces an no flavor at all. The teriyaki chicken was just chicken no teriyaki all tasted awful. And for he price I could a gone to the mall and gotten real Chinese and way more for the same exact price. They hardly give you anything here. Pretty sad that almost all the reviews are one star here. Don’t eat here

I haven’t been to the circus in years but I definitely saw a clown show at this establishment. We went through the drive-thru and tried to place two separate orders. The lady taking the order said that was okay. After struggling through a conversation that a 5 year old would understand (a dumb one) the lady finally pretended to understand our order. When we pulled to the window the staff were trying to make me pay for things I didn’t order. Once I got my food I saw that they put about half the orange chicken they usually put on a plate. As I noticed this, another staff member told us that the lady taking our order was mistaken and we could not place two orders. He did however give us a water we asked for in the second order for reasons unknown. Their bright idea was to have us go back around into the drive-thru and place the second order again. We decided to give up on the place. Getting food was not worth the misfortune of interacting with these hard workers. I love charity but this is the second and last time I support this Make-A-Wish restaurant. After we left, the pièce de résistance of this bland orange chicken and fried rice plate was a long, thick, and greasy hair. I am convinced that I could band together a group of crackheads from the Oval and they would run circles around the Panda Express staff literally and figuratively. This place needs to be preserved as a UNESCO world heritage site for the first primitive fast food establishment. I wish the best for all the staff but I also wish they were competent.
