I go to the one here on Mooney because it has more people. More people means the food doesn’t sit out that long and food is always fresh. The employees are also nice. Only one complaint. They need to be not so stingy on sweet and sour sauce. I take 3 per spring roll XD LOLOL

I understand I came during rush hour so I anticipated waiting a bit longer than no rush hour wait but today was unacceptable. It took me 25 minutes to pay for my food. The cashier had no since of urgency and the other employee threw in my kung pow box into the bag and it was on its side and the juice got all over everything and made a mess in the bag but at this time I now only have 5 minutes left of my lunch as I only get a 30 minute lunch. When I asked for my order I was told that they were unable to hear me. I spoke up and was told again that I could not be heard. So I spoke very loudly and the girl did not like that so when I got home my order box was only partially filled. Lots of room in my box. That was her way of getting back at me.

No waiting and the food was delicious. An employee stopped by my table to see if I needed anything, as well as other customers. I thought that was rather nice. Customer service was great also. I will be stopping by again and would highly recommend Panda Express in Visalia CA!

I was served cold chow mein and the serving/quality of meat was bad. The orange chicken had little flavor and the teryaki chicken only comes with packets of sauce now. They have a tent outside saying they’re hiring which should’ve been a red flag for me not to eat there. They had over a dozen workers in the kitchen and the food was still bad.

What a rip off! Really disappointed! I got 2 entree (Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweet Fire Chicken) and 1 side. There were 4 1/2 pieces of shrimp and 4 very small bite-sized pieces of chicken. Plus, they charge an extra $1.50 for the shrimp!! Really upset!

Food was ok, the restrooms were not that clean and they only had two containers for trash by the bathrooms, none by the door. It is such a tiny place and the people making line are all on top of each other with no room at all to make a line. It’s an ok place for a quick fast food drive thru

The food is exquisite and wonderful. The service is sometimes not attentive to you and are distracted sometimes. Overall if you somewhat Chinese food I recommend going there.
