The food was alright…can be expected for Panda, but the workers are really rude. I asked for some plates at the drive thru yesterday and (Juanita) idk her name yelled at me in a mad Chicano accent… “WE GOT NO PLATES!!!!” Understandable if they are stressed from a manager who doesn’t do their job, but no excuse to take it out on the customer. If you don’t appreciate the work then don’t work…and if it’s that stressful then talk to a boss…for that I won’t be going back…cause if I see (Juanita) again I’ll thrown down.

Not only did they gave my son about 4 pieces of orange chicken, they charged me for teriyaki chicken and they gave me no teriyaki chicken, I live half an hour away from this panda, they only offered store credit rather than given me a refund for bad service. Worst panda ever, never going back again.

Annoyed of this one in Dinuba Blvd. I go through drive thru and the first thing she says is they are only taking debit. I got a kids meal and wanted sprite as the drink and the whole machine for drinks is down. So only water or bottled juice. Then I get home and check my food. I had asked for half chow mein and half fried rice and they only gave me freakin chow mein !!! Which I hate getting just that because they pack it up with sooooo much lettuce and celery. I’ll show a picture. And this is the smallest plate. (Kids meal) Also they didn’t give me any utensils nor napkins.
