I have been to a lot of panda expresses, and I will try to avoid this one from now on. No greeting when you came in the door, no one in line and STILL had to wait to be waited on. The broccoli in one dish looks like it was more than a day oldthe mushrooms weren’t cooked enough. I’m sorry there’s better pandas! only my first time to this one!

Stop by the drive thru when paying at the window I was told there’s a 5 min wait to park at a spot I was okay with that I understand that because that’s what I was told but a 20 min wait with no apology is ridiculous. You would think being a 20 min wait they would get your order right it’s not like I had a big order literally was just a cub meal and a plate.

Best Panda Express in Bakersfield. These workers that work at this Panda Express on chester Have really won me over.. They put so much food on these styrofoam plates you don’t even need to get two plates for you and someone else. Just get one plate and split it Trust me it’s enough for two. Orange chicken and walnut shrimp with beef and broccoli..Oh my god this is one delicious meal

Very racist establishment. I made a mobile to go order. When I arrived I told the front service worker the name for pickup. She said she will check and proceeded to help other customers. After about 15 mins I seen a order get packed and labeled. My name didn’t get called so I didn’t think nothing of it. After about 5 mins of scrolling on my phone I started to get a strange feeling. Especially because many people after me were getting their orders before me and they never put the order on the rack it was just sitting by the register. After another 15 mins a whole different service worker asked me who was I waiting for. Come to find out it was my order. I complained but no one seemed to care. Once I got home food was cold and soggy. I will never go there again!

The people are nice, but servings are horrible. We went through the drive thru and I ordered the shrimp which comes with the extra charge and only got 4 pieces and the other servings were off as well. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I won’t be going back to that location.

For the life of me why do they prepare the plates and then wait 5 minutes for the last item? Don’t they know that the food in the container is getting cold? Once all the items are there then make the plates. I would rather wait an extra minute for hot food then have some items cold.

Food was good but service was horrible in the drive thru..The guy at the window Alex thru my change at me..it fell on the ground..Also asked for extra soy sauce did the same thing thru it and half fell to the ground..Very Rude gentleman to say the least..Definitely won’t be back to that one on Owsell and Brundage..
