3rd times and also a failure. Ordered 3 times from the app, and food was not ready at specified time. The last time I ordered at 3:30pm with a 4pm pickup. Thinking that would be an easy task. Arrived 4:05pm order not even started, got order after talking to manager at 4:15pm. I order from the app to avoid the line and for convenience. Chipotle consistently get the order right at the right time. The reason, they have a dedicated online station. Panda needs to do the same.

I love the shrimp that comes with either broccoli or snow peas. It’s usually really good, snow peas are the best. Unfortunately, I was starving and wanted some for take out on Memorial Day, after an afternoon at The Cliffs, and it was not good. The shrimp was tough and the broccoli was limp, like it had been sitting there for hours. Idk what happened that day.

They didn’t have any entrees that I wanted. Still 45 minutes before closing and they stopped making food. They either need to close earlier or provide at least half of their entrees so people have some kind of choice. They were even out of orange chicken. This is typical for this location.

New ordering system in the store and took my order at the beginning of the line. After over 15 minutes of waiting, staff finally came over to me and said their receipt machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have my order. I asked for a refund to my credit card instead. Manager on staff didn’t know how to do a credit card refund and had to call his manager. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I was told they couldn’t issue me a refund without a receipt.
