Staff is friendly, the place looks ok, but the food is always overcooked. Specially, orange chicken (it was like trying to eat a burnt bubblegum). I only ate Panda here today but never again. Try other options.

As we were ordering 4 different meals our server jae made us feel over rushed as we were trying to get all our orders on what everyone wanted Jae was listening while we had not made a finale decision on what each person wanted as we asked can you please wait she had attitude. We were not greeted as other customers came in made us feel very uncomfortable. Jae just made us feel so rushed and their were no one behind us no long line for us to be rushed.

I had the broccoli beef and Kung Pau chicken with steamed vegetables and they cooked the veggies a little longer for me because I like them a little softer. Very good meal, service was friendly and they keep a clean store.

Every time I go, they never put enough amounts of food. If anything they take away some beef or shrimps and when I try to use a coupon on line in front of them. They don’t allow those coupons. Don’t get your money’s worth.

I’m obsessed with Panda. Been living here in Fresno for 3 yrs and have yet to find a really good Chinese restaurant to dine at or for take out. So this is usually my default go to place. But now they’re cutting costs. Sweet & sour sauce comes in packets. Doesn’t taste the same as when they scooped from the warmer. And they no longer give hot mustard packets for the egg rolls. And can’t always find at the grocery store. They’ll continue to cost cut I’m sure, hoping no one notices, until it’s too late. Anyway, 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐
