I actually feel like a requirement to work here is to be unhelpful and rude (especially manager).I ordered food got to the register and the worker charged the food wrong and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and give us our food she invalidated how we felt and called her manager which was even worse she was bitter and loud while addressing the situation and super unhelpful. Bonus points of how trashy this place is the seats were super sticky.

Zero stars!!! I ordered online, and when I was about to eat my food, I found mold on the orange chicken. I couldn’t drive back to the restaurant so I called, but no one answered. Just wanted them to stop selling the orange chicken to anyone else. So disgusting!! Health dept definitely needs to give them a visit. I read a previous comment that a whole family got food poising from eating here. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Go elsewhere.

I come here all the time, because its right across the street from where i live and i have come during non-busy days and the food taste much better and its fully cooked, however weekends and Fridays the food taste horrible its not fully cooked the noodles are pale yellow dry discolored and flavorless I dont recommend this place when there its busy its mostly about quanity not quality of the food. They rip you off on online orders. I ordered and paid for two larger meals that were supposed to include a side and drink. Neither came with it. I asked the driver and he basically said if it wasn’t in the bag it’s not his responsibility. (I don’t see how drinks could fit properly in a plastic bag) he said to contact the store but when calling it rings once and goes straight to a message that they can’t take the call. I ordered a kids meal and paid extra for an upgraded drink which was also not included. I’ve tried to call corporate office about the matter but haven’t heard back yet. Maybe it was after hours so hoping to hear back soon. Very disappointed that they would rip people off by not paying attention to orders or deliberately ignore them.

Placed an online ordered a large Chicken string bean for my kids. When I arrived home most of my large container was full of green beans but very little chicken. Needless to say that my kids being small they mostly eat the chicken. When I called to speak to someone about the situation, they asked go back (30 min drive) and they would give me a medium size instead of the large i originally ordered. When requesting refund I was told they were unable to give me refund. This isn’t the first time this happens and is frustrating for a working mom on a stressful day. Now to figure out something quick for my kids.
